Managing "My Operations"

First, click on the top right-hand icon (see image below) and then click on “My Operations”.

When you input a demand on the CBC Platform, you are immediately eligible to receive proposals.  You can follow all these proposals by accessing the page “My Operations”, where you can also control all your actions on the Platform.  Files of all proposals sent and received and the records of all trades booked are totally confidential (only you can see these files).

There are three tabs on “My Operations”:

Tab “My Demands”

This tab holds the record of all your indications/offers input on the Platform, as well as the corresponding proposals received.

Tab “Counter-Indications/Counter-Offers”

Click on the three dots to the right of each demand:

  1. Details of Offer: to see all the details of the demand.
  2. List of Events: to see the record of the proposals received.
  3. Edit: to alter the data of the proposal.
  4. Withdraw: to remove the proposal from the screen.

Tab “Proposals Sent”

Here you have a record of all the counterindications and counteroffers that you sent to demands of other companies on the Platform, as well as the answers received.

Click on the three dots to the right of each demand:

  1. Offer Details: to see all the details of the demand.
  2. List of Events: to see the record of the proposals received.

Tab “Trades Booked”

This tab includes a record of all the trades booked through the Platform.  Click on each product to see the details of the negotiations.

When you click on one of the booked trades, all the details are displayed (image below).

If you wish to send your own contract to the counterparty via the Platform, click on “Choose File” at the bottom of the page, input the document name and then click on “Send Contract”.  Only the user who input the demand on the Platform may use this option.
